Your breasts would do nothing after 2 days, it takes 3 days for sperm to even reach the egg. And there are no signs like that normally in first month, never in first week.

And yes, if there fluids from boy,and you put on finger and insert in you, that is all it takes for pregnancy. A lower chance, but yes of course there is a chance.

Also you will miss a period, not irregular periods, many women have irregular periods, that is just part of the monthly cycle.
