This movie was about a woman that returns home after being sent a way as a child. The home was part of an old mill and her parents were killed there when she was young. Her sister is a monster living in the mill and I think killed the parents. The movie opens with she and husband driving back to the mill and some guys were pulling a fella with a car (kind of skiing like) and he goes through a barb wire fence. Think is was late 60s or early 70s.
