My little dotson got gother paw ran over. I can tell it was more grazed than run over. It has a cut on it but she is using it. Only occasionally hoping. But what is bothering me is she keeps liking her self down in her privates. Coyld there be something internally wrong or is like a self soothing thing. Should I find a emergenncy vet? I was just wanting to treat the wound. And should I give her a baby asprin. She may weigh 10 pounds if that?

Examine the cut paw at least twice a day for redness or swelling, or dirt in the cut. Feel all up her leg to see if she shows a reaction of pain. Dip her paw in warm water with just a tiny bit of soap if you see dirt, and swish it around as long as you can, and rinse well. You don't want skin forming over dirt. Let her lick it as much as she want to keep it clean too.
Licking her privates shouldn't be related. How often does she do it? Is she getting out to pee enough? Could she be going into heat? I wouldn't think it would be related to her paw injury.
No, don't give her any aspirin.
Take her to a non-emergency vet visit.

Dog was fine the next day. Wound is looking good. She healed herself. But she is still a brat:)
