I'm asking in behave of the Respondant. The petitioner stepfather is a registered child molester and he can't be around the petitioner child. At Court last week the judge mistakely said Father instead of Stepfather and when pick up the minutes we saw the mistake. Because of this mistake the petitoner could take the child to his mother's house were the stepfather is. What should we do to fix it?
