    Hi I am 19 years old now and ice been on depo provera since I was 14 and I stopped them in September and I was trying to see what can I do to get pregnant

    It can take upwards of TWO years for the effects of the shot to completely wear off, especially after such a long term usage.

    Have sex, OK, guess you know that part of it.

    But are you medically tracking ovulation, (not some online chart) but doing test for ovulation, so you know actual days.
    Then are you timing sex a few days before ovulation, and is man not having sex or masturbation prior a few days or week prior to sex.

    Have you had a full exam to see if there are any issues, has the man, had an exam.

    But it can take 1 to even 2 years to conceive.

    Well We have had an exam and everything looked normal and my menstrual cycle is back to normal just having a problem with conceiving and do u know if there is anything I can take to also help it
