Is there a home remedy that works for this? Or is there a certain kind that I could buy that will for sure work?

I think you are getting punchy from all of these posts!

I'm assuming you're talking about urine, not feces? If it's feces, you pick up the feces, dispose of it, and the smell is gone. I've never had an issue with dog urine stinking up the yard. It usually soaks into the ground, and doesn't really cause an odor. What is the dog urinating on? Grass? Stone? Fake grass? A bit more info would be helpful.
