I have 7 signed prints that are part of a portfolio. Limited edition all numbered 4 41/100. Can't find any information about her. Also, I think the pictures depict Paris scenes. Any opinion about that? Thanks

These pictures are from a signed and numbered #41/100 portfolio . I can't find any information about the artist. The pieces look to be in about the 1930s-1940s. Can someone recognize which city they portray? Is it Paris. Thanks for helping.
