    Ocean sound in one ear then very dizzy
    I was sitting outside and all of a sudden my right ear had that ocean sound and then I got really dizzy. No ins so wondering what the cause could be? Anything to worry about?

    If you had been swimming or bathing, water in your ear.
    Otherwise, congestion in your eustacian tube, which runs down behind the ear and drains into the back of the throat. It secretes mucous just like your nose and sinuses do. It can get congested the same as they do. Take a decongestant, and gargle salt water.
