I'm currently on birth control ( sprintec) the pill , but a few says ago me and my boyfriend had sex 4 hrs before I was scheduled to take my birth control and he came in me , I never took the birth control that night , but took 2 pills the next day at 10 o'clock . Could I be pregnant ?

Any time you have sex, pregnancy is possible. No form of birth control is 100%, and even if you use 2 or more forms of birth control at the same time, all used correctly, pregnancy is still possible.

Wait for your next period, if you miss it wait 2 weeks then test using first morning urine.
