I bleached my black hair and it turned a goldish yellow and I hate it! HELP! What can I use that will get it a light blonde that isn't too expensive or should I go to a salon? HELP!

You must go to the salon.You will give treatment then only it will be clear.

If you are trying to eliminate unwanted gold or yellow tones, you can use a violet or purple based toner specifically designed for that. Or if you want to keep it very simple, try a purple shampoo. Just Google "purple shampoo" and you will find a number of products you could try.
