Hi I am 15 my boyfriend is 17. We live in Georgia and the consent law where we live is 16. But both of out gardans know we've had sex. And I've used tanponds sense I was 9 and they "popped my cherry" well my mom is a drugy and I live with my grandparents but my mom said she's going to file charges can she and will he get in trouble?

Even if they gave their expressed permission (something they didn't do) it takes little to bring charges up against him, because the law is the law and you can't grant permission to break it... and then its in the hands of the justice system... nothing you or either of your parents can do anything to change it.

No 15 year old is able to handle being a mom... and no 17 year old is in the position to get a job to raise a child.. himself... and the mother. And that assumes he even hangs around and doesn't leave you alone to do it... as commonly happens at your ages.

Yes she can and if she does, yes he will be. He will probably see jail and he will be labeled as a sex offender for the rest of his life.

If anybody gets him in trouble with the law over this consent or not, he WILL be on the megans law sex offender list for life. It can affect your life, future kids lives as well as his life for decades to come.
