I live in Nebraska. My daughter is going to be 3 and the last time I heard from her father was in December of 2012. He is court ordered to pay child support but skips out on jobs to avoid it. I don't want my daughter around him whatsoever because I believe he is a dangerous person and I am scared to leave her alone with him. He hasn't done anything for her at all. What should I do?

What is the custody arrangement, as ordered by the court? And visitation?
You go back to court and ask for a change to them, but be prepared to prove how he is dangerous. And he gets notified so that he can appear at the hearing.

Right now, you do nothing. The father is not asking to see his daughter. If and when he does, you refuse and go to court for sole physical and legal custody. You can try to block visitation or require supervised visits.
