    Do traffic tickets get expunged after you go to jail
    I lived in Odessa/Amarillo TX. I have traffic tickets from 2007 and my license is suspended. I went to jail three years ago and was told since I served time they would get rid of the tickets. I sent paperwork in while I was incarcerated but the tickets still exist. How can I correct the problem so I can get my license back and working again?

    I've never heard of jail time expunging anything. All you can do is pay the tickets.
