My breasts have been very tender&swollen since the day after I was to start ovulation. Today I got my period w/ cramping 5 days early. What is going on?

1 how do you know when you were starting ovulation? Online charts are a joke, are you tracking it with temp or medical tests?

2. it sounds like just month with more cramps, periods can be early or late, some times even miss one.
