    Crying when alone...
Hi I am a 23 year old woman. I have been living with my boyfriend now for almost 2 years and things are going great but over the last month or so I have noticed that when I'm home alone I break down into tears and start bawling... I don't know why it starts but once I start crying I start thinking about all the sad things in my life. I was bullied really badly when I was younger and don't take criticism well and have low self esteem as well... I really want to get myself together and figure out what's causing me to cry so hard.. Any opinions or advice?

Sometimes the contrast can just catch up with you. You know where you've been but it may still have not hit you where you've gotten. Tears of sadness turning to tears of joy and you may not have come to grasps with it all. Try thinking of the good things you now have and dreams of future goals. Try listening to upbeat music that you enjoy. Keep yourself busy with things you enjoy and count your blessings.
