Is this school in Pakistan? If not where is it?

In many countries if you refuse to respond to an accusation... legally you lose by default.

You need to take care of this, you can't simply ignore the letters and hope that this will go away. If you think you're being unjustly accused of something, hire a lawyer to go with you to talk to the school board.

Like I asked... WHERE is this school... many places a Lawyer would not achieve much if anything... and cost you a lot of money... particularly... since you never contested their claims when you were asked. That meant legally you agreed with them.

True. By not meeting with them when asked, he basically admitted his guilt.

You have provided no information that will help anyone even guess at good answer,

It appears you are giving away your rights, since you are ingore their request that your case be proved. So in all cases this will cause you to lose by default,

If you will not even attept to defend yourself, there is little chance of case latter

Well if you have the money to possibly waste... since you've been asked several time WHERE THIS SCHOOL IS. In most places hiring a lawyer will be a waste of money... because it's a school, it's their rules... and the rules that apply aren't the same as if you got arrested.

OK... that might make a difference... Someone familiar with Pakistani law can say if you might have any rights there you wouldn't have elsewhere as it comes to this.
