I am on probation for a shoplifting citation that I plead no contes and it deffered they told me just to pay the ticket and it'll come off my record. Can I go to Mexico?

It occurred in USA. I am trying to go to Mexico.
And well right now Im still on probation like its still on my recod I haven't finished paying it

I have six month to pay the $500 citation then after those six months it comes off my record!

If you are still on probation, you won't be going to Mexico. You still have to report to your PO.
