Does a warrant block for misdemeanor probation violation stop you from getting a state ID in Ohio or is it just for driver license

A warrant will allow them to arrest you and take you into custody when you apply, and/or plus give them new address to just go and pick you up

So do not expect to leave the DMV when you go in to do either

I should reference this, there is no law, that stops the person from getting the ID or the license, so indeed, they may well be issued it, only arrested in the process.
