I am trying to find out the artist and hallmark on a ring that was given to me 40 years ago.its a silver rung with a large oval turquoise stone.there are feathers engraved on the sides.underneath there is what appears to be an anvil sign and the initials RO on top of anvil.I would like to know who RO is and whaat anvil stands for.any heko greatly appreciated
