Hello,

When I use safe mode all programs work. When I am in non safe mode any icon I click on does not respond. I have run anti virus scans and they are clear. I have also ran malewarebytes it is also clear. Do I have a virus? Do I have a software issue or hardware issue? Both? Would doing a system restore do any good? Vista OS. What should I do to try to fix these issues? Please make your answers clear and easy to understand.
