In Arkansas a mother wants to sue the dad that she wanted to have nothing to do with, wanted to raise the child by herself. The child is now 18 and mother wants to sue now for back child support but would the money go to the mother or child? What is our statue of limitations?

If she has no order in place prior to 18 she is wasting her time.
