I'm 14=) anndd I want to be in shappe for the summerr.. I'm thin I'm not heavy at all I geuess I have a nice stomach but I want abs... I don't want to o-d and I don't want a 6 pack or anything I juss want to be in shape also I want to have more muscle in my arms and legs but I'm 2 lazy to go to the gym wich I can go if I join with my mom but if any one noes any good exercise routines or websites( free websites lol) please thanks=)
