50A-250V. LEVITON outlet. Need to know which wire goes where?

Hi the painterswife and welcome, you do realize that your dealing with 240 volts of potentially deadly electricity? Putting that aside you need to post more info for the best help.

How many wires coming from the wall? 3 or four? Does the outlet have the same number of plugs as the wire?
