I have this bump on my inner thigh close to my vagina and its really small it doesn't hurt and when you add pressure to it , it hurts a little bit what is it ?

It could be an ingrown hair that never made its way out to the surface.
I would seriously get it checked out by a female doctor before it gets any bigger.
