I did the salt and ice challenge. I have a really little blister. It isn't blue or purple it's just pinkish/red. Should I go to the doctor or just let it go away. And how long will it take to go away??

That's frost Burn and it can take several MONTHS to fully recover.

Show your parents. They will help you take care of it. Hopefully, you learned a lesson.

Something a lot of ignorant teens are trying. It's foolish, but sadly these kids don't know a thing about burns, which is what this challenge causes.

If I had a dime for every teen that posted about this challenge, after they foolishly did it, I'd be rich.

It can cause permanent scar. Your parents can help decide what treatment needs to be done
