    FBI clearance forms
I am wanting to leave the U.S after overstaying my visa to go back to my native land with my U.S citizen husband and U.S born son. I need to receive an FBI clearence form in order to complete the mirgration process for my husband. My question is, Will I encounter any trouble when submitting my request to obtain clearance. I have not broken any laws, nor do I have any outstanding warrents or court things. Thanks!

Yes, you have broken a law - you've overstayed your visa so, yes, you could have a problem.

State clearly in your request form that you are leaving US, and your family is going through immigration process. You will be OK.
