I violated my probation. I had to do random drug screens and failed 3 of them. MY probation officer told me to go to detox and then to rehab. When I was trying to get a bed at detox my probation officer put a warrant out and now I'm to scared to go to court I have two small kids at home and I don't know what to do.

Keep trying all the rehabs in your area. Keep a record of when and where you tried. It might help give you some credit that you have been trying. You will have to go to court and do all they require.
