Toilet leaks through floor when flushed
The second floor toilet is leaking to 1st floor ceiling when flushed. Before the toilet was leaking (even when not used) and everything was replaced (toilet, flanged and wax ring). Now, it only leaks if flushed and the water dripping is clear.

    Is this a leaky pipe?

    Hi Krich2

If the toilet leaks only when flushed then the most likely culprit here will be the wax gasket. If replacing that fails to resolve the issue then there could be a leak in the toilet drain pipe, but before opening any ceilings to investigate I would first tighten the toilet bolts... see if that resolves the issue, and if that failed to fix it I would replace the wax gasket again. Only if that fails would I look at the pipe
