I am trying to find the current employer of a tenant who did not pay rent. I have the income execution papers ready to then send out to the employer. How do I go about finding who his employer is?

You hire an investigator to follow him or question his neighbors OR you file a request to examine him to obtain his financial info.

What have you done to find him? Have you checked the employer from his references?

Is there a way to obtain his work information from the Social Security Office?

He has changed jobs quite a number of times so checking references that he supplied when he first rented would not be beneficial.

You can try going back to the court for a subpoena of SS records. But I don't think that will be successful.

Again, get an Order requiring him to undergo questioning concerning his finances - happens all the time.
