What does your own medical practitioner say about these results ?

Pus in urine sounds bad but is normal if you have a urinary tract infection. Blood is present in urine normally at the microscopic level. When you can actually see 'pinkish' urine, that is cause for concern.

PS, the infection is not, per se, in your urine, but in your urinary tract, bladder, etc.

    Are you male or female?

I am male, 29 years old.
I haven't consulted with my doctor.

I am out of city. I will visit my doctor in two weeks. Is it emergency? Should I check this issue with any local doctor? Or Is it okay to wait for two weeks?

What is EPI? Urine is almost white color. I am getting little bit of pain sometimes in my lower back.

So, who did the urinalysis? Two weeks is an awful long time if your urine is that cloudy and you are having back pain.
I would have it tended to now. Your kidneys could be involved.

    EPI is likely epithelial cells

I just went to a lab to do a test. I will see with a doctor tomorrow and let you know more information. When I just searched in Google, I saw that 2-3 pus is normal. All we have to do is drinking more water.

Here you guys are referring something different. So I will check this with a doc

I actually was basing my answer on the physical things you said you have noticed, "urine is almost white" I'm thinking milky, not clear. And having on again, off again pain in your lower back.
Adding to that, the fact that something sent you to the lab in the first place.
The urinary tract is a sterile environment, urine should not have bacteria in it, it can however, be present if the sample is contaminated or there is an actual infection going on.
I'm glad you are checking with a doctor and flushing the system with water is a good idea, but if you do have infection water will not keep the bacteria from continuing to grow and causing problems.
Better safe than sorry a urinalysis and a round of anti-biotics shouldn't be that expensive, and hadn't you rather know than not?
Good luck at the Doc, hope your feeling better soon.

Back pain, with everything else you have mentioned, involves your kidneys

We can't diagnose here, it is impossible to do this on the Internet

Please see a doctor as soon as possible.

Yes, I did. The doctor said it is nothing. The results are normal. He also said there is nothing to do with the kidneys.
