Can anybody find out and report whether the active ingredients
in Prell Shampoo (original) has the same ingredients
since inception or since the 1950's? Thanks.

=============================================
Prell shampoo was not recalled; it is a water based shampoo and is safe to use. However, saw your other post on ingredients for same, sorry that info is not available.
I doubt it and moderator should nerve this with your other. I'll look up about the shampoo when I get home. I think it has always been the Same formula
This is all I could find. Many say Prell original is not the same. Its harsher and doesn't rinse as good as the original. No longer has the pearl. Prell Thickening Formula. Instead of being green, this product was clear and boasted volumizing abilities. It was pulled from the market in 2009, after Prestige Brands sold Prell, along with dandruff shampoo Denorex, to Ultimark. Proctor and Gamble had sold Prell to Prestige in 1999.
