I am having pain in the solar plexis area. I have high blood pressure and have been under an extreme amount of stress recently. Should I be concerned?

I have high blood pressure - I have been told that any type of chest, arm, back, abdominal pain which cannot be explained is cause to make an appointment to see my Physician.

(My pressure is totally controlled, even under time of stress.)
