My nephew has been living with me for 4 months before that he stayed with another family member. His mother is an alcoholic. She dies not have a place to live and stays place to place.She does not give me money or buy him anything. He want to stay with me . How can I get costody.

You go to Court, prove she's a danger to the child. Or she and the father can consent to you having custody.
