I had my cycle on 6/19 and it normally 3 days. I had a normal flow than I spotted till 7/3. I'm cycle was suppose to start on 7/17. It is now 7/26 I've had mild cramping, lower back pain and sore nipples. Is this pms or could I be pregnant. I took a test on 7/24 and it was negative. Could I be pregnant or am I not really late?
