You need to see a doctor for a proper diagnosis. It would be foolish for anyone to guess what might have happened to you in the fall.

It could be a pinched nerve, you could have had a stroke, it could be a lot of things. You'll need to see a doctor, possibly a specialist (your doctor will determine that) for a proper diagnosis.

I would nix the chiropractor until the OP knows what's going on. A chiropractor can do more damage, depending on what the diagnosis is. I speak from experience unfortunately.

Wait and find out what's going on. If your doctor feels an adjustment with a chiropractor is safe, then go ahead. But until you find out what's causing this, I would steer clear of chiropractors, and even massage therapists.

Your age? Did you hit your head on furniture or the floor when you fell? Did you black out?

Yes I meant to say doctors to get diagnosis and then chiropractor to see if they can help. Some chiropractors do a lot besides chiropractor stuff. Many are holistic and can repair nerve damage, diabetes, autoimmune and most health issues.
