Hello,

I was on post study work visa before and it's about an year now for me to be on Tier-2 General visa. I still have 2 more years to go.

However, If I want to change my job and provided the new employer is ready to sponsor me:

• Is there any minimum monthly time period requirement by UKBA that the applicant should work for before asking for a sponsorship visa to the employer?
• Will I need to pay the application fees again like the way I did for getting my current visa?
• What will be the new expiry date for my new visa? Whether it will be total 3 (max for Tier-2 General) years or the remaining 2 years which is left for my current visa to expire?
• What should be the proper way to report this new change to UKBA? Will they track everything based on the new COS and visa applications form I will send?

Please help me to get these questions answered.
