Recently two of my friends have been fighting nonstop on the phone, at the park everywhere. There always telling me to pick sides and it's so frustrating.If I don't pick sides then they start fighting about who I pick. I'm afraid they might start spreading nasty rumors about each other when school starts. I get headaches from hearing them argue soon they might get physical. I don't know what to do, help. :(

Tell them you are friends with both of them and it's not fair for them to try to drag you into the middle of their fight.

You're pretty young, aren't you?

Nobody is forcing you to hang around them, or to pick sides.
When they start say 'I'm OUTAHERE' and leave.
If they spread rumors about each other, or even get physical, it's not your job to stop it.
If anyone asks you about the rumors, say 'Don't listen to either one of them.'

Yeah I'm 12

That's the age where some girls tend to tell you they can't be friends with you because you are friends with so n so then the next week they are friends with so n so and don't want anything to do with you. Do not fall for the games.

I used to teach a class of 11- and 12-year-olds. I could not believe the drama the girls inflicted on themselves and each other. Do what joy said--ignore them and walk away.
