just went to my 7 year old daughters school play and when she was announced they said this person last name as of her new husbands last name and could have knocked me over with a brick my mom went to see the play also and when they announced her granddaughter with her new husbands last name she turned and asked my x wife what's up with that and her reply was I don't want to get into it now it's embarrassing what can I do to have her name used as same as mine again please help

Have you talked to your ex since this has happened? What was her response? Was there an official court approved name change and you were never notified?
