I cant tell my parents I need glasses
I've been having trouble seeing. But can't seem to let them knew. I've tried. But I feel so nervous trying to bring it up.
    Please try to help.

There are $1.00 eye glasses at most 99 cent stores.

Not sure how old you are, however, just tell your parents you need glasses? The worse response would be no. The best response would be absolutely, make an eye appointment.

Lastly, all counties have Social Services Department. They will give you information on how to find "free" eye examination - especially if you are unemployed or lower income.

Take care - you CAN DO THIS TONIGHT and feel better before you go to bed.

Yes you can tell them. Try again - HELP! I can't do my homework or see the board! I'm going to flunk at this rate!

If they just are being thoughtless parents, tell a teacher.

How old are you? If you are still in school, ask the school nurse to check your vision. The nurse will contact your parents if you need glasses. If there is an issue with money, most schools have lists of doctors and dentists willing to help students in need.

School will start soon. Go to the nurse when you get there if you haven't spoken to your parents before then.

You have choices: tell your parents, or wait until school starts.

How about writing a short note to your mom?
