Briggs and stratton 19.5hp engines
I have a briggs 19.5hp model 310000 intek engine. It was running fine then finished, went to start again engine started and has been running extremely rough. I thought the spark plug since when I pulled it out it was completley black from fuel. Replaced the plug and no difference. Did notice on the carb there is what appears to be an electronic choke?? When I disconnect that the engine runs fine until bowl is empty however when I hook it back up the engine will continue to run but extremely rough
