My concern is that you say you "didn't do much" and then go on to describe mutual oral sex, "fingering," showering together, pre ejaculate in your hair (or if there was oral sex, semen), more "fingering" - that sounds like you did a lot, and I'm not sure which steps you took in between.

Rather than worrying, wouldn't birth control be a good choice?

It does not take penile insertion to get semen into the vaginal canal. While it is unlikely that this happened, its not impossible.
