A ex girlfriend gave me a car with an electronic sign statement that under the condition that I pay it off she will sign tittle over to me now she wants to take the car back after two years in witch I'm in my final yr paying can she do that.

Do you have any documentation of this agreement? What do you mean, "pay it off", have you been making payments on her loan?

I hope you have some kind of proof of payments. If you do take them and your agreement take to court to get as much of your money back as you can.

That doesn't look like a gift to me. At best, she loaned it to you with an option to purchase.

She gave you a car but you agreed to pay for it - ?

Which is it? She gave you a car OR the car is financed in her name - or something else.
