Our daughter 39 passed away at her home and a non family member ran down to local pharmacy with her birthdate and they gave him a copy of all her meds to turn over.our younger daughter 36 yrs old was there .Dont understand how a pharmacy gave a printout so easily.

This seemingly is a violation of HIPAA, assuming you are in the US.

So what do you want to do about it?

Thank You and yes we are in US.Need to see what my options are with the pharmacy.The info on it is being spread around their local town.I am upset that the person at pharmacy gave it up so easily.
