    Suspense/Horror TV of the 50's and 60's
This was a television series from either the late 50's or early 60's. It seems like it was similar to The Twilight Zone. All I can remember is that in the final scene, there were two gentlemen talking. One got onto a Merry Go Round which speeded up to a high rate of speed. When it stopped, the man got off and he had aged considerably. It turned out he had been born around the time of Plato. If this sounds familiar, let me know. Thanks

It sounds as if was based on Ray Bradbury's "Something Wicked This Way Comes", a novel that features a "dark carnival". Also, there is a short story titled "Black Ferris" that I seem to recall is connected to the novel. A carousel that ages or "youthens" someone is pivotal.

However, I can't seem to find anything in that time that matches your description. I'll keep looking around; perhaps someone "borrowed" from Bradbury.
