I am 22 years old and as a semi-adult I am forgetful with my birth control. When I was in college I stopped taking it all together for a few months well when I was on a regular schedule again I began taking my birth control pretty regularly now for about 2 months. During this time my boy friend and I have been having unprotected sex a couple of times a week. My period last month was a couple of days late and I bled for a day in the morning, had a day off and then bled on and off for the next 2 days. About a week or two later I spotted a little for about 2 days. As of this week which is the week before my period I am having stomach pains and very little nausea. Am I pregnant?

First off, you won't be getting symptoms so early on though, so it could well be your imagination. Symptoms will only start since the day your period is due (or a day or 2 earlier). Some women don't even get symptoms at all. I started getting pms cramps the day before my period was about to start and the next day, my boobs got larger and was very sore. When I was a week late, I finally tested and had two positive tests. I tested 3 days ago! Lol so I'm still not getting other symptoms, except sore boobs and cramps (a lot!! ) I'm going to the doc in this week to find out if everything is OK and 100%
