I have had my belly button pierced about 3 or 4 weeks, but the second week of having my piercing I started noticing green discharge out of it. This has been going on for two weeks, and still is. I have been cleaning it with alcohol pads but that isn't working. What should I do? HELP!

I think it's infected. STOP using alcohol. Use sea salt soaks istead but GO TO YOUR GP!
