How can I get my mom to like my boyfriend again she doesn't like him and I know we did stupid stuff but it won't happen again and also he is changing his way but she stills says. O :(

Not old enough to do what they are doing. Not old enough to raise a child without assistance from parents or the state.

Whose judging? We are talking reality.

So age does matter here though I figure you're probably both under age and you're probably living with your mother. My guess is that you can't make her like him and if I was her, I wouldn't like him either... and to be fair, I'd be kind of pissed at you as well.
