    Husband wife housing
Can your wife kick you out of the house which I pay rent for and also we have a child. Can she kick the husband out of the house no apparent reason other than she does not like me anymore. Can she say I can't come over a certain signs to see my kids.I am in Florida and would like to know if she has the right to kick the husband out of the house which the husband pays rent for

Doesn't matter whether you pay the rent or not. Neither spouse can "kick" the other out of the marital home. She needs to file for divorce and request that you be required to vacate as part of the divorce filing.

Depends on what you mean by "kick out".

She can ask you to leave.

If she literally kicks you (swift motion with the foot, striking you), with the intent of forcing you out, report her to the police; she can't do that.

But what does this mean: "can she say I can't come over a certain signs"?

Are you already kicked out that you can't come over at certain times?

But I didn't mean to suggest that such a request must be honored.

    You could refuse.
