Ways to deal with hangover nausea/Is this normal
I'm 5'1" and 110 lbs, although I'm really muscular. Anyway, I made the supremely stupid decision to have 14 (14!! ) drinks last night. I have drunk before, but somehow I always avoid getting a hangover... even if I do, it's manageable and I can actually go about doing my daily tasks.

I did get a hangover this time and my motor skills are awful right now (super slow reaction time, struggling with typing this out, etc), plus I'm nauseous. I'm pretty confused and scared and am trying to figure out what to do. I know drinking water and eating bananas help... is there anything else you'd suggest? I have a relative to meet pretty soon and I'd like to be lively and pleasant when I go see them.

    Thanks a bunch, guys.

Take it easy on both plain water and bananas just because too much of any one thing is likely to make you nauseous too. Eat a light mix of bland foods that are high in minerals, with a little protein - cran-apple juice, tuna, whole grain bread (and bananas). But not too much solid food!

Don't expect to be lively. In fact, you could feel worse trying to hard today.
