Hello, I have had very very itchy legs and whenever I scratch, it comes up with little bumps like pimples, the itching is driving me crazy! And some of the lumps have became bigger, do you know what this could be?

Heat rash, reaction to synthetic clothing, too tight clothing, too much detergent in the wash, new clothing reaction (formaldehyde),
Poison ivy/oak/sumac,
Fleas, mites, scabies (one type of mite), bedbugs, and so on in the bug department!

Anything there sound right for your case?
